Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $60 within the United States.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries outside of the United States. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Visionary Studio 3D is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Damaged Items in Transport
